By booking a private charter with 1Ocean Charters and Marine Services Ltd, the booking party acknowledges and agrees to the following Private Charter Cancellation & Refund Policy.

*Refunds apply to the vessel charter amount only, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Cancellation notice is measured from when the written request is received by email or WhatsApp to the scheduled departure time, using Bahamas local time.
Catering, transportation, entertainment, equipment rentals, customised items, and other special arrangements are handled separately from the vessel charter refund and remain subject to the vendor's cancellation terms.
Only amounts refunded to 1Ocean Charters and Marine Services Ltd by the vendor will be returned to the customer. This applies regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
Safety is the primary consideration in determining whether a charter will operate. The Captain has authority to determine whether weather, sea, or operating conditions are safe for departure or continuation of a charter.
If 1Ocean Charters and Marine Services Ltd cancels the private charter because conditions are unsafe, the booking party may choose to:
