By completing a booking with 1Ocean Charters and Marine Services Ltd, the booking party acknowledges and agrees to the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

*Refund amounts are less any non-refundable payment processing fees and applicable third-party charges. The 50% refund applies to the applicable vessel/tour booking amount.
Safety is the primary consideration in determining whether an excursion or charter will operate. The Captain has authority to determine whether weather, sea, or operating conditions are safe for departure or continuation of an excursion or charter.
If 1Ocean Charters & Marine Services cancels an excursion or charter because conditions are determined to be unsafe, the booking party will be offered the option to:
Any third-party services or special arrangements will remain subject to the applicable vendor's cancellation and refund terms.
Cloud cover, brief or intermittent rain, changes in temperature, wind or other weather conditions that do not prevent safe operation do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
All routes, destinations, stops, activities and wildlife encounters are subject to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, availability and other circumstances that may affect the operation of the excursion.
The Captain may alter the route, destination, order of stops, activities or time spent at individual locations when reasonably necessary for safety or operational purposes.
